12/27/2023 0 Comments Liift4 weight trackerI was able to get an exclusive early access preview to the program for the past couple weeks, and I can tell you that LIIFT MORE brings the right balance of strength training, cardio and flexibility training to get you great results. Have you tried 10 Rounds? If so, what did you think? If you have any questions or feedback on the program, I’d love to hear your thoughts. And like LIIFT4, LIIFT MORE will get you a leaner, stronger body in just 8 weeks using a blend of classic weightlifting, HIIT, and core training. Just keep your core tight and don’t punch too hard to avoid hurting yourself, too. ![]() Joel’s a great teacher, so even somewhat newbies would be fine. Joel and the LIIFT4 cast will go into the specifics of each week, so you know what to expect. ![]() Overall, 10 Rounds a really great exercise program for someone who wants to learn something new, increase their strength and have some fun in less than 40 minutes. I’d likely do the strength workouts but perhaps not the boxing. However, I’m honestly scared to do it again after hurting my back. Plus, the 5 days a week made this workout program so realistic for a busy life. If you had asked me during the program, I would’ve said, “Absolutely!” Joel’s programs continue to give me great results, especially in strength training. When Joel encourages you to go faster, it’s hard to not try, but I think I was a bit too enthusiastic. ![]() It’s now more than a month later, and I still am working on resolving the pain through massages and physical therapy. Unfortunately on the last workout of the 10 Rounds program, I pulled something in my lower back. While I wasn’t a huge fan of boxing moves at the start, I definitely got into it and appreciated the visible results. After finishing my last 10 Rounds workout!
